Below are a couple of examples of the text you can use in your e-mail invite. Just change the details and add any information that you feel will encourage to clients to turn up.

Remember you need to start your marketing early to ensure that you get maximum attendance on the day!

Remember also if you have built a web site to include a connection to the site, if not do include a link to us.
