Track Description
Main Track
The main track is one and one eighth's Mile and is oval.

Mellon Turf
This is one mile, 98 feet.

Turf Course
The turf course is seven furlongs, 304 feet.


Facilities

The Turf Terrace Dining Room
The Turf Terrace Dining Room is on the third and fourth floor of the Clubhouse. The multi-level trackside dining area offers a great view of the racetrack. An a la carte menu is served in a formal open-air setting.

The Club Terrace
The Club Terrace is located behind the box seat area on the second floor of the Clubhouse. It offers a popular selection of appetizers, refreshing salads and specialty sandwiches. Television monitors are available for viewing of the races.

The At The Rail Pavilion
The At The Rail Pavilion is located in a tent on the track level on the Clubhouse turn. It offers an upscale luncheon buffet on every raceday. (Dress Code: Neat Casual Attire. No jeans or shorts permitted. Gentlemen: Collared shirts required. Management reserves the right to use its discretion to determine Neat Casual Attire.) Reservations required. The Carousel Restaurant The Carousel Restaurant is on the second floor of the Clubhouse facing the Saratoga picnic area. It offers an a la carte menu in a relaxed atmosphere. Television monitors are available for viewing of the races and betting windows are just a short walk.

The Porch
The Porch is located on the Track Level of the Clubhouse just a few feet from the outside rail of the racetrack. It offers an a la carte menu in a casual open-air setting.

The Paddock Tent
The Paddock Tent is adjacent to the saddling enclosure. It offers a buffet luncheon package to individuals as well as groups of 20 or more.

Breakfast At Saratoga
Breakfast at Saratoga is a raceday tradition. Every raceday morning from 7 to 9:30 a.m., a buffet breakfast is served on The Porch of the Clubhouse while the Thoroughbreds prepare for future races. Mary Ryan, a lifelong horsewoman, provides expert commentary for the workouts.

The Travers Bar
The Travers Bar is on the first floor of the Clubhouse next to The Porch. Waiter service is available.


Location
From New York Metropolitan Area
New York Thruway (I-87) to Exit 24 at Albany, then the Northway (I-87) to Exit 14. West on NY Route 9P, just outside the track gates. The track can also be reached by an alternate route, leaving the Northway at Exit 13N - US Route 9.

From Western New York
New York Thruway (I-90) to Exit 28 at Fultonville (Route 30A), to Johnstown and Route 29E to Saratoga Springs; or New York Thruway to Exit 27 at Amsterdam, Route 67E to Ballston Spa and Route 50 to Saratoga Springs.

From Upstate and Canada
Northway (I-87) to Exit 14 to Saratoga Springs.

From Massachusetts and Connecticut
Mass. Turnpike to NY Thruway (I-90), north to Exit 24 (Albany), then Northway (I-87) to Exit 14.

From Vermont and New Hampshire
Route 40 to Schuyerville and Route 29 to Saratoga Springs.
